30 days since your match?
1. Contact your partner to see if they received payment.
2. Consult the Business Contacts page and contact the appropriate person to see if they have received your pay sheet. (Contact Kevin or Marilyn if the contact information you need is not available)
3. If you reach 45 days post match, have contacted the business office at around 30 days to verify receipt of your pay sheet and have not received payment, you may complete a UIL incident report on the TASO website, if necessary.
4. In an effort to identify schools or districts with repetitive issues regarding unpaid matches or matches paid without mileage reimbursement, please complete the form below. Completion of this form is only for collection of information - as you are an independent contractor, the chapter has no authority to assist with collection of payments.
